Our circuit equipment is all hydraulic meaning no weights involved....the resistance of the equipment is set and requires no adjustment by the user. This in turn accommodates to your strength and fitness, so whether you are in your retirement and haven't exercised in years or someone younger with a regular fitness regime you will have a quality workout.
